inspired by a conversation I had some time ago with Tommah
something about how dex's superhero costume makes him look like a dolphin and hmm I wonder what he'd look like as a mermaid
it... it seemed too perfect to pass up the opportunity

the suit itself is heavily inspired by this gorgeous contraption by shiniez
(hopefully he won't butcher me for tarnishing his good name like this, haha oops)
